1. Delivery Zones
Products ordered from https://www.popmypad.fr are delivered exclusively within Metropolitan France.
2. Delivery Times
PopMyPad undertakes to deliver products within a maximum period of 30 days to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. Delivery occurs at the moment the customer takes physical possession of the product.

4. Inspection and Receipt of the Order
Upon receiving the package, the customer must:

5. Right of Termination in Case of Delay
If the ordered products are not delivered within the specified timeframe for any reason other than Force Majeure or the customer's actions, the customer may terminate the sales contract:

Procedure: Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception) to PopMyPad requesting termination.

Refund: Within 14 days of receiving the request, PopMyPad will refund all sums paid.
6. Special Delivery Conditions
Specific requests for special packaging or non-standard transport (if accepted by PopMyPad) may incur additional costs. These costs will be subject to a quote accepted by the customer.
7. Delivery Restrictions
Deliveries to public places (hotels, schools, restaurants, etc.) may be refused for security reasons. In such cases, delivery can be arranged to the Post Office of your choice.
8. Accuracy of Shipping Address
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the address provided at the time of order. An incorrect or incomplete address causing a "Return to Sender" will result in re-shipping fees charged to the customer, which must be paid before the item is sent out again.
9. Transfer of Risk
The products travel at PopMyPad's risk until they are delivered to the customer. However, if the customer chooses their own carrier, the risks are transferred at the time the package is handed over to said carrier.
