Shipping Destinations
Products ordered on https://www.popmypad.com are sent with tracked international shipping to the United States.
Shipping Costs
Shipping to the United States is currently free on every order, with no minimum purchase required. Any shipping fee that may apply is always displayed at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Times
PopMyPad undertakes to deliver your order within a maximum of 30 days to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery is complete at the moment you take physical possession of the product.
Important: If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days for any reason other than force majeure or an action on your part, you may request cancellation of the order and a refund, in accordance with Articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L 241-4 of the French Consumer Code.
Shipping Methods and Conditions
- Single shipment: Unless stated otherwise, every order ships in a single package.
- Product availability: If an item is unavailable, PopMyPad will contact you promptly to arrange a partial shipment or a refund for the unavailable items.
Checking Your Order on Arrival
When your package arrives, you must:
- Check the condition of the package and of the goods.
- Note any reservations on the delivery slip if there is damage or anything unusual (for deliveries that require a signature).
- Notify PopMyPad within 5 business days by email if there is a problem, with supporting evidence (photos, documents).
After that period, claims can no longer be accepted and the products are considered to be in conformity.
Right to Cancel in Case of Delay
If the products you ordered are not delivered within the stated timeframe, for any reason other than force majeure or an action on your part, you may cancel the sales contract:
- Procedure: Send PopMyPad a registered letter with return receipt requesting cancellation.
- Refund: Within 14 days of receiving your request, PopMyPad will refund all amounts paid.
Special Delivery Conditions
If you request specific packaging or transport arrangements and PopMyPad accepts them, additional charges may apply. Those charges are quoted in advance and must be approved by you.
Delivery restrictions
Deliveries to public locations (hotels, schools, restaurants, etc.) may be refused for security reasons. In that case, delivery can be made to the post office of your choice.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the address you provide at checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address that causes the package to be returned to us will result in re-shipping fees charged to you, payable before the package is sent out again.
Transfer of Risk
Products travel at PopMyPad's risk until they are delivered to you. However, if you choose your own carrier, risk transfers at the moment the package is handed over to that carrier.
