Products ordered on https://www.popmypad.com are available for international shipping. To ensure total transparency, our delivery conditions are structured by geographic zone:
1. UNITED STATES SHIPPING (Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories)
To comply with US consumer protection guidelines and Google Merchant Center requirements, deliveries within the US territory follow these timeframes:
- Processing Time (Handling): 1 to 5 business days.
- Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: 8 to 20 business days.
- Shipping Fees: FREE Shipping for all orders of $50 and above. For orders under $50, shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout.
2. EUROPE SHIPPING (Selected Countries)
We ship to the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden.
- Processing Time (Handling): 1 to 5 business days.
- Transit Time: 1 to 25 business days (depending on local postal workflows).
- Total Delivery Time: 2 to 30 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Standard shipping rates apply and are automatically calculated at checkout based on your specific country.
Important (All Destinations): In case of an exceptional delivery delay of more than 30 business days due to reasons other than force majeure or customer address error, the customer is strictly entitled to request an official cancellation of the order and a full refund.
Stolen or Missing Packages (Porch Piracy & Delivery Issues)
We highly recommend monitoring your tracking number closely. PopMyPad cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing packages once they have been successfully marked as "Delivered" by the local shipping carrier (USPS, La Poste, Canada Post, Royal Mail, DHL, etc.).
The carrier's official tracking information constitutes absolute "Proof of Delivery". If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your property, verify with neighbors, and contact your local postal service immediately to file an official claim.
Responsibility and Accuracy of the Shipping Address
The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please ensure that all mandatory details (such as Apartment, Suite, Unit, Building number, or Floor) are clearly specified.
Consequences of an error: Any incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address that results in the package being returned to our shipping hubs or destroyed by the local carrier will not qualify for an automatic refund. If a reshipment is possible, the actual shipping and handling fees will be fully charged to the customer before the new shipment.
Order Inspection and Receipt
Upon receiving your package, please check the general condition of the packaging and merchandise. If you notice any damage, please notify PopMyPad via email within 5 business days with supporting evidence (photos and description) so our team can assist you with a replacement or claim.
