Delivery Zones
Products ordered on https://www.popmypad.fr are delivered exclusively in mainland France and in the following European countries.
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden
Delivery Times (Business Days)
To ensure full transparency as required by Google and the law, our delivery times are broken down as follows:

Handling Time: 1 to 5 business days.

Transit Time: 1 to 25 business days depending on destination and logistics flows.

Total delivery time: Your package generally arrives within 2 to 30 business days after your order is confirmed.
Important: In the event of a delivery delay of more than 30 days for reasons other than force majeure or customer intervention, the customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund in accordance with articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code.
Delivery Costs
At PopMyPad, we simplify access to our equipment for our entire European community:

FREE Delivery: For any order equal to or greater than €50, delivery is free, regardless of the destination (mainland France and the EU countries listed above).

Orders under €50: For baskets not reaching this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed transparently when validating your basket.
Delivery Methods and Conditions
- One-time delivery: Unless otherwise stated, all orders are delivered in a single shipment.
- Product availability: In case of unavailable products, PopMyPad will inform you promptly to arrange a partial delivery or a refund for unavailable items.
Order Verification and Receipt
Upon receipt of the package, the customer must:
- Check the condition of the package and the merchandise.
- Make reservations on the delivery note in case of damage or anomalies (if delivered against signature).
- Inform PopMyPad within 5 business days in case of a problem, by email with proof (photos, documents).
After this period, claims will no longer be accepted, and products will be considered compliant.
Right of Termination in Case of Delay
If the ordered products are not delivered within the scheduled times and for any reason other than force majeure or customer action, the customer may terminate the sales contract:
- Procedure: Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to PopMyPad requesting termination.
- Refund: Within 14 days of receiving the request, PopMyPad will refund all sums paid.
Special Delivery Conditions
In case of a specific packaging or transport request (accepted by PopMyPad), additional fees may apply. These fees will be subject to a quote accepted by the customer.
Delivery restrictions
Deliveries to public places (hotels, schools, restaurants, etc.) may be refused for security reasons. In this case, delivery can be made to the post office of your choice.
Responsibilities and Accuracy of Delivery Address
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the address provided during the order. An incorrect or incomplete address that may cause a package return will result in re-shipping costs borne by the customer, which must be paid before any re-shipment.
Transfer of Risks
Products travel at PopMyPad's risk until their delivery to the customer. However, if the customer chooses a carrier, the risks are transferred at the time the package is handed over to this carrier.
