PopMyPad Return & Refund Policy

We understand that you might change your mind. For any modification or cancellation of an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@popmypad.fr. Our team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.


1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receiving your package to exercise your right of withdrawal and return a product that does not suit you. After this period, we will no longer be able to process a refund for this reason.

⚠️ Exclusion – Personalized Products: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Consequently, personalized mouse pads (created with your image, logo, or photo) are neither returned, nor exchanged, nor refunded in case of a change of mind. They are only covered by legal guarantees in case of proven manufacturing defects.


2. Legal Guarantees (Mandatory)

Regardless of our commercial policy, you benefit from the following protective guarantees:

  • Legal Guarantee of Conformity (2 years): In accordance with articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 2 years to report a defective product or one that does not conform to its description.
  • Guarantee against Hidden Defects: In accordance with articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, you are protected against defects not visible at the time of purchase that would render the product unfit for its intended use.

3. Products Damaged During Transit

Upon receipt, if you find that the package is damaged, we recommend that you make reservations with the carrier and contact us within 7 business days with photos of the packaging and the product. This greatly facilitates the processing of your case with our logistics services.


4. Conditions and Return Procedure

To be eligible for a return (non-personalized products only):

  • The item must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in its intact original packaging with all its accessories.

Procedure:

  1. Send an email to contact@popmypad.fr to notify us of your return.
  2. Ship the product to the following address: JMR-Service / PopMyPad, 2 rue des chaumes dorés, 27930 Guichainville.

Return shipping costs: The cost of returning the product is at the customer's expense. In the event of a confirmed defective product, these costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof.


5. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund validation. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Important note: In accordance with European legislation, the refund includes the price of the returned products as well as the initial standard delivery costs paid at the time of the order (in the case of a full order return).


6. Cancellation and Refusal of Package

  • Cancellation: If the production of a personalized mouse pad has begun or if the package has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Refusal of package: In the event of an unjustified refusal of the package upon delivery, the actual return costs charged by the carrier may be deducted from your refund.
